We are now into our second week of our newest block of training and today the main lift is Squat

Many of our members have a goal to improve their squats. This include’s the execution, the range and the maximum weight they can lift

Our programs are designed with this in mind and we have worked our way to our current rep range of 6 reps for 3 sets over the last 12 weeks. Ensuring each member is comfortable and confident enough to push towards their performance based target 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️
