Meticulously designed by our expert coaching team, the Accelerator Programme is a focused, results driven fitness experience designed to improve your health, fitness and overall wellbeing and lifestyle. 
Over six transformative weeks, you’ll be fully supported by a dedicated TFC personal trainer who will tailor your 6-week fitness journey to your goals, capabilities, and lifestyle. We'll adapt your training to work around any injuries or day-to-day challenges, ensuring you stay consistent, focused, and on track throughout.

Throughout the 6-week programme, you’ll experience 18 small group personal training sessions – aligned to your goals, adapted to your capabilities and delivered in our signature coaching-led format, designed to both challenge and support you
You’ll receive six hours of 1:1 consultations with your dedicated TFC coach, giving you personalised guidance, nutritional support, progress tracking, and total accountability throughout.

Access to over 18 hours of team training classes each week, including twice daily SWEAT sessions, plus Hybrid, Power, Yoga and our renowned Outdoor Run Club*. You'll also benefit from full access to our open gym from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Freedom to train your way on your terms. 

Optimising every aspect of your performance, we'll provide you with a MyZone heart rate monitor and access to our online Fitness Hub, a go-to resource filled with expert advice on nutrition, sleep, supplements and recovery to support your training. You'll join our Accelerator Programme community, with optional challenges and a shared motivation that keeps you inspired and accountable throughout the 6 weeks. 

And finally to celebrate your progress and everything you’ve achieved, the Accelerator Programme concludes with our famous Wrap Up party.

5.7kg Body Fat LOST!! Meet Joe.

Previous attempts at a consistent fitness regime had been anything but consistent... One month on it... Two months off... oops Christmas, rinse and repeat. I joined TFC for the 6-week Accelerator Program wanting a springboard back into the gym to make it an enjoyable habit rather than a chore. Wow did this do the trick!

I really enjoyed the leaderboard element, JT’s seminars, the comradery & support between the members, and yes... even the coaches' banter - woeful though it sometimes may be!! Can’t say enough good things about the place and the people - suffice to say I’ve signed up for the next 12 months.
